Returns

1. Enter your order number and email address to begin return process at the following link.


2. Securely repackage your item(s) in the original order box if possible, if not use appropriate packaging for shipment. Use the return label provided through the return procedure.


3. Call the courier DHL to arrange a pickup or bring your parcel to a DHL Access point. You can find further contact and access point information on DHL site. Please make sure the courier collects your parcel within 30 days from the delivery date.


4. We will verify and accept your order within 18 business days from when we receive your return (during peak season it could take up to 25 working days). We will send you an email to confirm the credit has been issued.


For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to 10 EUR.

Please note we can issue the refund only through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The timing for your refund to show in your account will depend on the payment method used when purchasing and on local banking procedures.


We recommend shipping returned items using the procedure and courier described above, for tracking and insurance purposes.


It is not possible to return with a different courier for customs clearance reasons.

To book a collection by the courier or to find the nearest delivery point, follow the instructions of DHL. Make sure the package is in the hands of the courier within 30 days of receiving your order.

To return a parcel with the DHL label (created through the return procedure) you can arrange to have your parcel collected by clicking on this link and entering the tracking number, which you will find on the label provided.

If you prefer to take your parcel to a DHL collection point you can find the nearest DHL collection point available at the following link.

We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting our website, so we defined a quick and easy return policy.


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our online store within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to you.


The items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear, underwear, sex toys and perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed. Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel.


If you return products belonging to the same order at different times, costs of the second shipment will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you. Returns must be shipped from the same Country where you received them.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the order for online returns.

The refund is requested within 3-7 days after the return is accepted. Timing for the credit to show in your account will depend on the payment method and on banking procedures.
